The development is designed for sustainability and energy performance — extensive rooftop photovoltaics, green roofs and landscaped grounds — reflecting CONTECH\u2019s commitment to future-ready, responsible construction. Project details will be expanded as construction milestones are reached.

HEXATECH Administrative, Logistics & Manufacturing Campus
An integrated industrial campus for HEXATECH Ltd. on a 22,000 m² plot — bringing administration, logistics, training and advanced manufacturing together in a single modern development. CONTECH Group is appointed General Contractor, with construction planned to start Q1 2027.
The campus pairs a striking timber-and-glass administrative building with dedicated logistics, training and exhibition space. The advanced manufacturing facility is delivered under client confidentiality and is not shown. Project details will be expanded as construction milestones are reached.

Haré Residence
A mixed-use residential neighbourhood in Prishtina e Re — one of the capital's most prestigious districts, five minutes from central Prishtina. Seven residential buildings with 162 apartments and 443 parking spaces, complemented by green terraces, a pool & spa, gym, kindergarten, urban park and neighbourhood retail. CONTECH Group is appointed General Contractor and delivers the development in joint venture with AB Investments sh.p.k. — works on site since March 2026, with completion expected in 2030.
Haré Residence is designed as a complete neighbourhood — homes, services and green space in one masterplan. CONTECH brings its industrial-grade quality systems, safety culture and programme discipline to residential delivery at community scale.

A residential tower in Ferizaj — the second phase of the Kom Residence development. CONTECH Group is appointed General Contractor by Kom Residence sh.p.k., with works currently on site.
Kom Residence Tower 2 extends an established residential address in Ferizaj. CONTECH applies the same quality management, site safety and programme discipline proven on its industrial and infrastructure portfolio to high-rise residential delivery.

Turnkey design and construction of a beverages production and bottling facility for R & Rukolli sh.p.k., delivered under a joint venture with CONTECH Group. CONTECH’s scope covered civil and structural works, the building envelope, utilities and overall construction management. The facility is operating in commercial production.
