CONTECH Group has completed a structured expansion of its international delivery capability, strengthening the systems, teams and partnerships that support project execution across the United Kingdom, the Western Balkans and the European Union.

A single operating standard

The Group now applies one integrated management framework across all markets — covering project controls, HSE, quality assurance and commercial governance. The objective is simple: a client in London and a client in Prishtinë should experience exactly the same standard of delivery.

Investment in people and systems

Over the past year, CONTECH has expanded its engineering and project-management teams, introduced digital project-controls tooling across its portfolio, and aligned its procurement processes with the requirements of international lenders and donor-funded programmes.

Positioned for cross-border work

With a London headquarters and established regional operations in Kosovo, the Group is structured to mobilise quickly for cross-border tenders — including joint ventures and consortium bids with international partners.
